ESF has entered into an agreement with Microsoft allowing the distribution of certain products to all Campus/State owned PCs. Please do not submit purchase requests for Office or Windows products as you no longer need to pay for them. Instead, send an email to HelpDesk@esf.edu to obtain a copy of a qualifying Microsoft product for your Campus PC.
Microsoft product purchasing procedure (only for products listed under 'Other' below):
- Obtain a Requisition Number from this site and add it to any State purchase requests you use from this site. The Requisition Number must be clearly visible on the purchase request.
- Use the pricing information below to complete a purchase request and submit it to Purchasing in Bray Hall.
You do not need to purchase a disk (install media) as CNS can supply this for products listed under 'Other' below. The "vendor" is Dell.
- When you receive your copy of the purchase order (via email), please contact CNS in room 317 Baker (X6861) to arrange installation if you require assistance.
